The Towne of Seahaven Announces the Village’s First Eight Tenants on the Fourth of
July! At the well attended 2nd Annual 4th of July celebration on Seahaven Beach,
Neel Bennett was pleased to announce the first tenant to open in the spring of
2008 will be at the streetside café located on the first floor of Origin. He
followed that great news by announcing the first eight retail tenants signed for
The Towne of Seahaven village:
- Johnny O’ Quigley’s Irish Pub & Grille
- Rum Runners Restaurant
- Starbucks at The Village of Seahaven
- Fat Tuesday Daiquiri Bar & Grill
- Mermaids
- Beach Bling
- Liz & Jane Clothes
- The Seahaven Company Store
"We are really excited to be able to announce the first eight tenants that have
joined The Towne of Seahaven," said Kim Duke-Layden, commercial casting consultant
for The Village of Seahaven. "As the first true beach-front resort village on the
Emerald Coast, we are confident that The Village of Seahaven will be as big of an
over all entertainment destination for both visitors and locals in the Panama City
Beach area as Baytowne Wharf has been in Destin. The boutique style shopping,
exquisite restaurants and varied entertainment venues will be frequented by many
visitors to the Panama City Beach area, as well as the locals who live here."
More details on this exciting news will be posted here soon. In the meantime,
